I'm in the same boat brother, 'cept I will never touch options. my best advice is to stand on the shoulders of giants. Just finished Benjamin Graham's The intelligent investor, and now I'm in the middle of a collection of Charlie Monger's wisdom. best tidbit so far is: don't try to be very intelligent, instead aim to be less stupid.

Charlie talks alot about his circle of competence. Numero uno reason for me to never touch options. My circle of competence isn't in spitting distance of options, I mainly learn about macro trends, and learn about micro events as they happen on this board. Thanks frens
