tether's ToS literally forbids U.S. persons from owning tether, which should be a red flag to anyone. likewise it is a red flag that all exchanges ignore this and allow american accounts to hold tether anyway.

It's kind of like the debt based expansion argument. Revenues don't just magically appear, and profits don't just randomly happen. We've been choking out small businesses by making money over competitive via debt based spending, so prices all inflate and people can hardly break even on a restaurant or local store. From what I can tell, we have about 1-7 years before people just start closing up shop because there's too little profit since fucking rent (commercial) input costs, and other forms of tax and overhead just make it economically unsound to run the business. In the same way, rent is taking up such a large portion of people's income that they won't be able to save or manage financial adversities. The fact that I need to have 50 - 60k income for a medium sized 1 br apt in suburbia is just insanity. who the fuck would rent if they earned that much?

God damn it all to hell. I could have made so much money today if I hadn't slept in. I have sticky note on my desk staring me in the face that says buy CURA at open. Underlined. Wake up couple hours in to market day, see CURA up about 8% already. Figure not to chase it, put limit buy a little lower than currently trading in order to catch an intraday profit take. No fill. Fugging thing runs +30%.
