In 17 years the last baby boomer will be forced out of Labor. but their biggest chunk was born '44-'50 These are the semi-competant ones. there is a cohort born in '55-'64 that are hugely incompetant. so theres some weird front loading with boomers. If you find a job between now and the next 4 years you're smooth sailing. Competant labor supply is in freefall
