Curious on what the black market of commodities looks like? Obviously there's "illegal" commodities trade and operations all over the world but is it one of those things that dwarfs the actual surface market?

Someone I personally know and trust who was in the Uranium industry told me that often times due to over regulation and whatever the political flavor of the week towards Nuclear was at the time, it was cheaper for them to buy black market Uranium from Canada and sometimes even Russia.
