Yup, it was way fucking easier. I'm hearing things are extremely tough right now. The market is currently flooded with FAANG engineers who have been let go in the last 2 years, you're up against them, not to mention all the "learn to coder"-ers and CS graduates.

Faking things won't work out well for you. Us interviewers can see right through bullshit. We do this shit for a living anon, you're not fooling everyone. Put together a real portfolio and resume and pray, because this isn't 2021 anymore.


Software/Machine Learning interviews is one of the few interviews you can't bullshit.
