I have a question.

I'm 33 years old right now. My total assets are:
-80k in cash
-50k in crypto (used to be worth 600k, cashed out bits on the way down but clearly not enough...)
-600k condo in Queens which I rent out (get about 1.5k/month after hoa/taxes)
-1.2MM condo which I live in (inherited)

And I will inherit about 6MM more in real estate within 4-6 years.

Basically, my assets will be worth about 9MM, and I'll collect about 250k/year after carrying costs are taken out.

So why am I saying this since you're all going to accuse me of LARP anyway?

I've been dating a girl for 2 years now. I genuinely like her, she is kind and caring but she comes from a dirt poor family. Her dad is a factory worker and her mom works some shit job, and she never went to college and only makes about 25k/year.

I made the mistake of revealing my potential wealth about a year into our relationship. She knows I'm pretty wealthy already for someone my age, and suspects I'll get decent inheritance but isn't sure how much.

I thought about proposing to her... but then I realized how insane that was in today's political climate. If she does some basic preplanning and manipulation of assets, she could divorce me and walk away with 4-5MM worth of assets. She would wind up with even more than me, and it was MY parents who earned everything in the first place. I've been reading up on some divorce laws and the laws are so incredibly biased towards women it makes me sick. It's even more biased when the woman makes very little money and the man makes a lot (which would be the case since the income from the rentals counts as my income).

What the fuck? I never really looked into this stuff or considered it seriously, but once I started reading the horror stories surrounding marriage I have to ask, how the FUCK does any man with assets marry a woman?

Seriously, what are some methods to grow 100k 10x or more? Warren Buffet has done it his whole life, there has to be a way

/biz/ I'm self employed with a fairly low income (~£19k) but I do have £500k in vanguard 60-40 stocks-bonds from cryptos
Am I likely to be able to get a mortgage and for what amount?
I read that being self employed is bad for mortgages and the mortgage I'd get for a £19k income is tiny anyway.
I figure I can use a 3% safe withdrawal rate and then I can pay the mortgage with that
