USA would win hands down. Keep in mind that US forces include all four branches of the military + the new space force. It would take literally all of China's military power to hold off the Navy, and even then we'd win over time because of logistics and our ability to blockade them until they ran out of oil and fuel for their ships. If you throw in USAF and USMC aircraft we'd overwhelm their AA capability, achieve air superiority fairly quickly, and then just bomb them until they surrendered.

Zeihan's analysis of the naval blockade is the best I've seen so far. China doesn't stand a chance in the long run, even if they do reach parity. USA occupies the high ground for the entire world because of our geographic location.
