They still have enough tokens to account for all funds which include the staking and staking rewards, the early investor tokens, the announced token burns, the tokens circulating on the binance chain and the ecosystem and team unlocks, see picrelated

You cant claim they are scamming anyone as long as this is the case, they are just pretty horrible at communication. But telegram mods dont know everything and often need to check in with the team in order to make a more definitive statement.
