I see what you are saying, but don't worry it's not a problem for coins. The demand is always there. I guess it can be an issue if you don't accept to send orders outside of your borders, but within the EU there are no tariffs/no customs between nations. But if for example i accept to send pic rel to the Netherlands, i know it will sell soon enough.
Sadly this one is pierced so i wont get a great price out of it.

But if you are in the US and are collecting only rare belgian coins, it could be tricky to get a great price for it within your borders. Collectors are really chauvinist, they tend to collect stuff from their country. The main exception being ancient Greek & Roman coinage (which is the smartest thing to collect investment wise i believe).
