Is there 1 single reason I shouldn't deposit my entire savings account ($50k USD) into USDC-USDT uniswap pool for 22% APR? With 2 stablecoins theres no risk of impermanent loss.

My bank is giving me 0.01% interest. This would literally be 2200x more money than my current savings account.

If someone made a source for liquidity on L2, wouldn't they get an absolutely fucking massive pump right now?

Something like Uniswap/Bancor/Balancer, but on L2.
They would literally mog every single L1 source of liquidity out of existence..

Why the fuck has nobody done this yet? It shouldn't be that hard to develop, the hard part is getting people to pool tokens on L2.

yes anon i get that, but most of these txs im seeing are sub 2k stacks

take it from a guy who literally just bought 2k DMG 15 minutes ago.. you get more if you use Uniswap right now

>>19900930
yeah this happened to me for my first tx.. worked the second time. makes sense if others run into that issue. but damn its free DMG on the table

I'm moderately balls deep in VIDT (30k stack), but I was browsing the telegram earlier today and someone compared it to chainlink but said its more specific

This got me thinking, is there anything that VIDT does that chainlink could not do? It just anchors real world data into the blockchain.
I understand that VIDT already has a number of real world customers using it, so the FUD that "nobody is going to use it" is retarded.

But fundamentally, is there anything that VIDT does, or will do, that Chainlink could not replace? Honest question, im 90% in LINK and 10% in VIDT, thats my whole portfolio

Which 5 coins, in USD, are the highest holdings of /biz/?

1. LINK
2. ETH
3. BTC
4. XTZ?
5. XMR?

Stable coins don't count. Anyone disagree with this list? Pretty certain the top 3 are irrefutable, but im curious what people think /biz/ holds most of (in usd, not by user, 200 jeets holding $100 worth of hex doesn't count)

Can someone point me in the direction of at least 5 applications currently running on Tezos?

Ethereum for example has Maker, Synthetix, Compound, Uniswap, Bancor, etc
Is there a list of applications or rather any applications whatsoever currently utilizing the Tezos network?

23 years old

the way i see it, its extremely high reward with moderate risk
lets say that crypto goes to literally 0 and i lose all ~$60k i have in crypto

what happens then? i work for the next 40 years, basically just like every other person on this planet
now lets say crypto doesn't go to 0, but instead i "make it", then i retire by 30.

the counter argument here is what? if i invested that $60k into a roth or something i could retire like 3-5 years earlier than 60?
idk anon, if my choices are:
retire at 60 if crypto is shit
retire at 55 if i withdraw everything from crypto right now and put into index funds
retire at 30 if crypto is good

ill take the chance that i retire at 30 if i make it. im okay with retiring at 60 like everyone else if my crypto goes to 0.
what i am not okay with if withdrawing everything right now to retire just a few years sooner. FUCK THAT.

was thinking the same thing

i got out at $1 before and watched it slowly crumble into nothing, but i honestly always liked the premise off COSS

the issue was of course the grossly incompetent staff and leadership. but if there are new owners, it may at least have one last breath in it
