I think Bitcoin is going to crash tonight

I need to sleep but if I do that the bogs are going to dump btc 20% which means I would wake up to my alts down -32%. Why oh why do we have to live in such uncertain times

I have 0 dollars and my car payments are starting back up in a week. I keep buying cigarettes and I recently spent around 200 dollars on food and clothes because I was simpling for a girl.I probably won't even have enough gas money to make it through my weekly shift at papa johns before my next paycheck which means my hours might even be cut. I'll get late fees for my car and if I manage not to spend any I mean ANY of my income I'll be on top of it by next paycheck if my hours don't get cut.
I live at home and I would feel immense shame to ask my parents for help because I've already bullshitted them a few times saying "my account was frozen" and shit like that. they think I have tons of money in savings.
so if I run out of gas my only option would be to call off a day or so until thursday, I drive on some days and some days I'm in store. so my only chance is getting cash tips.
can someone mentally beat my shit in so I can at least stay afloat of my subhuman existence please.
