>Hate my life and wish I was back in the factory, where stress was low and work finished when I clocked out

Genuinely any suggestions here? I just want to spend my time writing, drawing, gardening and watching movies. The stress is unbelievable in my current role and no amount of effort could make me enjoy social interaction. Everything is who you know. Wish I could go back and study CS or Physics and go into research instead of Business Management.
