OP you need to fucking execute on some things. i apologize in advance if this sounds like PUA nonsense but i have to summarize otherwise i'll be writing a book here. these items are numbered in order of importance.

7. when negative thoughts come into your mind literally block them out, the neuropathways thoughts take within your mind will dry up and you will starve the neurons responsible for negativity in your mind. life is an infinite fractal of natural selection spanning from the macro element of population dynamics within an ecosystem all the way down to the race of sperm to an egg at conception. the cells in your brain work in a similar way, starve the negative thoughts, and they will become weak compared to the stronger positive thoughts. you can train yourself to achieve a goal by literally starving the ideas that block you from achieving it allowing the cells responsible for positive thinking to multiply.
