I hope I can explain it good enough, since it is internalized for me and I don't have to actively think about it.

Important core things are:
having a healthy body, mind and soul which kinda means:
> don't be a fat slob or weak small twink, strong enough to be able to lift and carry other people / to be in a physical state to help other people
> have social and soft skills (yes even an base dwelling idiot can learn this), having your own opinion and to be able to form your own critical thoughts (don't be an NPC/lemming), read books and inform yourself, have a strong mindset
> have usefull skills, hobbys, do stuff in your free time that makes you happy which could still used for something good
Which means you can't have fun anymore, I still play video games and have more beers then I should. It depends how often you do these things (like pic related)

Getting some sort of stoic mindset.
Greek philosophy is great stuff.

Accept, that the only person you have to satisfy/please is yourself.
Don't accept that any person will respect you or show you love if you can't love/respect yourself.
In the end, you are responsible for yourself.
No one owes you anything.

Why are people so fucking BORING? I read the bios of all these chicks and they're all basically the same. You don't have to be the most interesting person in the world but at least don't be a conformist, passionless, thoughtless sheep ffs. All anyone wants to do these days is watch Netflix/movies, play with their phones, get drunk or have conversations about the most asinine shit. What the fuck happened?

I feel close to 800 years old after uncovering this in my folder but maybe this sort of pseudo-philosophy can help you
