Idk anon I have a BSME and I work in a civil consulting firm and hate it. There's no real engineering its all contracts and specifications. I miss the machine shop so God damned much. I want to kms. That and they're underpayment me by about 10% the local median salary. They want me to get a civil PE but I know if I do I will never get hired as a real mechanical. I wanted to build race cars bros. I'm going to an hero. Fuck life. If it wasn't for my little sister I'd go on permanent disability.
