i dont need to go short, i dont need to market time, i expose my capital to the market and i accept the risk and get the return. there is a lot of data that shows your strategy doesnt really work long term, im okay mr wolf of wall street. if the market goes down i will simply continue to dollar cost average at cheaper prices. ive been hearing for 3 years about these amazing traders in /smg/ who are flexible and can go short or long. the data overwhelmingly shows these people under-perform long term. in addition, there's tons of anger that the market has gone up for a 16 months. if people are so flexible, why are they upset, why cant they go long, why did they not predict the last year of market action? why did /smg/ become so slow in October of 2022? Because they shorted the bottom. They lost money.
