Nothing ever happens.

I voluntarily started going back to the office without anyone asking me. After 3 years of WFH, I started going psychotic at home. I was losing touch of reality and felt stuck in a hellish loop with no escape. Days would blend into weeks would blend into months.
I hate the office and everything associated with it just as much btw. But I am finally grounded in reality again.

I’ve never worked for a large corporation before... my coworker at this position I’ve worked for half a year literally does not do his job, like basic requirements of his job description are continually not completed. He never responds to people messaging him. I’m pretty sure he just plays video games for 8 hours and sends one email. Sometimes he just doesn’t show up to work for hours. He never comes in on required in office days. It’s been this way for months, no one has said shit and he still works here. Is it like this everywhere

I need some advice from you retards
I’m currently in an outsourced consulting role for my company. This position takes a bachelors degree, I have no degree though and have gotten by because I have 6 years experience in the field and because my contracting company fucked up I believe.

However, I’ve done a good job at this position and they want to bring me on full time. The issue with this is that I have to go through an internal application. So, do I disclose my lack of education, or do I lie and say I have the prerequisite education and hope it all goes well?

Back at my country most companies don't hire highschool students. And immigrants. English is a second langauge to me but I took a tofel test last year I add it to my CV. But it I still feel like having no experience still reduces my chances of getting any job. I could use help to make a better cv or how to get experience
