The idea is that you don't influence the outcome.
You research and choose the "correct" answer, so you gain ETH and PNK and don't loose any PNK.
There is certainly the factor of; I know this is the right answer, but I know more people will choose the other answer.

You can add comments to the court so discussion can be had. Again, this could influence outcomes.

Finally, if you have multiple PNK wallets I suppose you could have multiple votes. However, since you'd lower your chance of being picked each time, it may not be worth it. It'd be better to have 1 big stake and ensure you're included in most cases.

There are also higher tier courts that require specialists. I'm unsure how they verify this. Currently, they just seem to rely on bag size to determine suitability.
