Can you not just put a cap on utilities to better control the use of (said utilities) while adjusting rent and keeping in touch with your residents to let them know that everyone in the apartment has to work together to help keep prices down and make sure we can all make it through these times?

I don't get where these assholes are coming from going straight to social media to complain about solutions instead of convening with their tenants and find a solution the whole complex can agree on. You guys are fucking thick.
