Then you have to consider the current issues with our economy. People really want to hedge against inflation from all the money printing, and investors are coming from around the country to get a piece of Phoenix. With current interest rates as low as they are, this increases demand by encouraging more people to get into the market for a home. Investors are buying with cash and then just planning on refinancing and pulling out the money while maintaining low rates. This is a rare opportunity and a good investor isn't letting it go to waste.

Lastly, Covid and the lockdowns have made people think twice about their living condiitons. People want to live in different places, they want more room, less room, a home office, a backyard, etc. Especially peple moving here from teh West coast. As people flee high cost of living areas with draconian lockdown regulations, they require a place to live here in Phoenix. Psychologically, the need to find a place to live when moving from out of state is greater than that of a local who already has a place to live in the Valley but wants to move. Also if you sell an expensive california home and leverage it with Arizona prices, you'll be happy with what you can get. This has created a really imbalanced market.

I'm keeping it simple because it gets a bit more in depth than that, but those are more or less the basic factors causing this madness. The information I use tells me that this trend will likely continue into 2022, possibly 2023, barring some sort of black swan/ economic disaster.

Should I dump another 3k into this?

I've been in GME since October, I unironically believe it has yet to squeeze. We experienced a gamma squeeze and a little bit of hype before they shut it down. Melvin might have "covered", but that doesn't matter. It's quite evident these people are willing to bring the economy down with them via collateral implications from continuing to short rather than admitting defeat and carrying on. They've created a situation where not letting it happen protects the economy now, so millions of people are incentivized to not let it happen. As the saying goes, you owe $1 million and you're in trouble, you owe $1B and you're in control, and it's a lot more than that. So yeah the biggest question is whether it will be allowed to unfold, but there is very few gamburu's out there with this upside, if any, and the downside is relatively minimal. I've been on and off this site for over a decade, and I'm about to take some time away again, with this run the board has become flooded with tourists. The tourists don't actually bother me much. The bots and shills are fucking annoying but whatever. It's the seething faggots that have always lurked here that are so butthurt they missed this like everything else despite spending every hour of every day lurking and now they attempt to dissuade others who are legitimately on to something because they are too retarded to capitalize themselves.
