I've thought that before too, about that post and a few others. Seemed to be very well worded and provided a new idea that wasn't really talked about at that time.
Also when they had their logo rebrand in 2018, almost instantly after the announcement someone posted a high quality version of it even though none existed on the new site at the time.

>Google "partnership" is literally just a dedicated API call to Cloud BigQuery crypto data sets, ie more ways to get btc or eth prices, ie something already achieved by all the dozens of other price feeds like cmc, bnc, etc.
>SWIFT "partnership" is not "SWIFT banks will use Chainlink" but will only be a dedicated API to trigger payments to bank accounts using SWIFT's messaging format, similar to the already implemented PayPal chainlink Thomas coded in one hour, without ever claiming Chainlink was partnered with PayPal, ie just an output for end users to use
>Accord partnership has already been discarded, when the legal boomers realized companies were only interested in digitizing agreements and executing them in centralized fashion, ie the recent Clyde Co test contract for parametric insurance explicitly relies on private blockchains and centralized IoT triggers, it's also why entities like ISDA, DAML and Docusign are only working with R3 and Hyperledger, they don't even need blockchain but even if they did, private chains are distributed enough for their needs and trusted feeds are still, well, trusted
>Facebook "connection", same shit, centralized shit, no need for doracles in the short term
>Oracle presentation this week is literally just a mid-level Brazilian engineer focused on the startup ecosystem, ie the whole point of the conference is to get startups to monetize their data using Oracle's BaaS, literally who gives a shit, no one and this won't even pump it to 2 dollars which it wouldn't be able to sustain anyway
>check the pivotal, they're still full-time focusing on who gives a shit bug fixes, no focus whatsoever on the next steps ie reputation, staking, SGX, t-sigs, etc. it's also now clear the only nodes that bothered to signup are only ecosystem startups like clc linkpool and sdl... instead of real data companies that were hinted at ie no bloomberg, thomson reuteurs or even API startups
>"the banks and insurances we work with" lol

Theoretically, all of Chainlink's partners are made of cheese

It's a shame that the Twitter shills have proven themselves to be so full of shit.
>>14264863
>Why would he lie...?
It's almost as if the pumps are based exclusively on information regarding partnerships being released given no real world usage (yet).

I remember Sergey saying something along these lines at one of his speeches, but it's definitely what they're aiming to do. They've been working on this since 2014, quite possibly earlier. This is an industry project through and through, we weren't meant to find it but now we're along for the ride.

Actually the fudders are big brains trying to keep the price down. I don't bother tryng to convince people about link any more, because normie money won't change shit, this isn't bitccoin or tron, what we need is institutional companies staking millions of link in nodes, and Sergey is working quietly on that right now. The singularity won't be because of normals FOMO-ing in, although I'm sure it will happen.
So to go against what I just said, get hype.

Link isn't as vulnerable to that like all the other hype beast coins. Mainnet is speculated to ve Q2 to Q3, but they don't announce anything for a reason.

Fuck the rest of the market, Sergey is a badass motherfucker getting it done. We will make it just be patient boys. Fuck every other shitcoin, LINK is the real deal.
