If you're talking about someone just trying to remove the funds from an eBay gift card, then yes they can by using a relatives account or so. But they'd lose 10% +2.9% of whatever was on that gift card.

If anything else, pic related.

You're still planning on going through with this...

You realize there's a high chance you'll end up with a ton of products without an account to sell it on...

So get this

2014:
>Buyer loses case on eBay
>Buyer rages
>Everything ends

2015:
>eBay splits with Paypal
>Buyer loses case on eBay
>Buyer opens case on Paypal
>Buyer now has a chance of winning again

????
Paypal is still owned by eBay, why are they letting them do this? You have to go through two cases now.

Now the buyer has three chances to scam, eBay/Chargebacks and now Paypal too.

Still doesn't mean they weren't stolen along the way.

It's like saying

>"My xbox was made in the USA, it says it right here"

Yea maybe assembled here, but the parts were soldered by some 8yo slavechild.

Used to buy bad esn iPhones by the load and send them in to my eBay buddy for $50 a phone, in return he sends back the same model brand new. Made100+ on every sale, quit when iCloud shit fucked up everything.

iCloud made it so I couldn't buy people's cracked screens because I couldn't see if they were still signed into the phone. 90% of the time everyone lied saying they were. wasted time/money having to sell parts.

that sounds awfully familiar with the ACN scam I almost fell for

Be Me
>Selling phone on Criagslist
>Meet guy at Sprint store
>Have him setup phone
>Tells me he doesn't need to setup, just see if IMEI is clean
Okay
>Ask him how he's going to use the phone
>He tells me he has his own cellular service
RED FLAG, SELL AND ABORT
>I'm dumb enough to ask him to elaborate
>Goes on telling me how he retired at 23 blah blah blah
Long story short
>We meet up at Public Library few days later
>He brings his laptop
>I know what's up already
>Tell him if this is anything similar to 5Linx I will be walking out without saying a word
>He says it's not and shows me video with Donald Trump backing it
>Tells me EXACTLY what you just said
>I tell him I'll get back to him
>6hours later he texts asking if I made my mind up
>I tell him give me time
>13hours same shit
>I tell him to fuck off
>He tells me I'm "out of luck"'
24hrs later he wants to return the phone because it "doesn't work" with his "cellular company".

I deny the return and a shitstorm rises.

So let me ask you since you know the people of /biz aren't that dumb to fall for your scam. When will you start throwing poopoopeepee?

So I just got off the phone with eBay
Usually when a buyer opened a return case it would be closed 3-10 min after I called in, but now we had difficulties

>Apr 3rd I have a no return policy
>Apr 3rd buyer buys item
>Apr 4th I put a return policy on my item to save 20% on FVF (since I'm Top Rated) and see if I get more sales having a return policy
>Apr 10th buyer messages me saying he doesn't know how to use item
>Apr 11 buyer opens return case saying item is damaged
>Call cs
>Cs says they can't close it because I have a return policy
>Ask them to look at the orig listing
>They_Keep_Looking_At_The_Current_Listing.jpg
>Ask to speak to someone with common sense
>They still look at the current listing
>Drop the call
>Call back
>Same shit
>Call back again
>After 16min arguing, he tells me he will have to look at the buyer's account to see the original listing

So all in all, they're telling me a seller can scam a buyer and get away with it...

All you would have to do is;

>List an item
>Put in description
>"You get 3 instead of one"
>Buyer's go crazy and buy you out
>After you ship it
>Change description back to
>"You only get one"
>Buyer opens return case saying they only got one
>eBay's slow cs keeps looking at current listing
>"Well it does say only one"

...

>>695798
>sell in person

Which one?!
.

.

I'm confused here, I understand what you're trying to get accross, but it really seems like a waste of time. You're saying;

>Seller can sell on Etsy
>Seller can't sell on Amazon
>You buy seller's item on Etsy
>You sell seller's item on Amazon for a little more $$$

That's the only way I can see this happening in a positive light, not even a bright one at that. Seeing that a buyer could easily search Google and find the orig seller's store and buy from there instead.

Now if you're talking about selling at a thrift store (or your physical store) then it would make sense. Just get the dimwits that don't know they can get it cheaper online.

It's not like you're talking about buying from overseas, cause that would make 100% sense to anyone.

lol Idk if you're asking me or this OP, I'm the old OP from the previous eBay thread.

IMO that's a bad idea, you wouldn't just get in trouble, your acc would be shut down. lol we discussed this, you'd be litterally saying that you would be shipping the item quickly (10 days max) when it would take up to a 20 days or even possibly have the item get lost (like most other single item orders coming from chinapost/epacket).

Either way the customer would see the tracking and see it's coming from China...lol wtf I'm sorry but how do people not understand this...

What you're asking is if you should be able to legally "Drop ship", plain and simple, for the location you gave; no you can't.

Just reading that comment goes to show his mentality on things.
They honestly don't know jack shit about how eBay works and don't even want to google a simple search result showing how deep a negative feedback really impacts a sellers account.

eBay is turning into Amazon in a way, they're trying to make it so only small time sellers that sell their old phones use eBay. Not sellers trying to start a business. It's so stupid that it hurts when I laugh seeing how they've changed their policy over the years.

Hahah ho, I don't do devices man...do that on Craigslist and just wait for a buyer that won't lowball you.

eBay isn't as good anymore for selling phones (don't think it ever was). As you already know...
"the buyer is always right", so a buyer can buy your shit and say "I only got a brick" and send back a brick....eBay will ask for your receipt for shipping..(you prob threw away) or they won't even ask and just refund the buyer.

I buy phones/tablets on CL and sell them back on CL (lol ikr...it's crazy). Sometimes I get scammed and end up with a Bad esn phone a few days later (doesn't matter I still end up selling it for profit). I sold an iPhone 5c to some bitch in Canada (yes BITCH, this BITCH was literally a bitch). She bought the Bad Esn phone with the title and description yelling (BAD ESN). Then said she couldn't use it...

eBay almost suspended me because she said I stole it...

You sound like a lazy faggot, god damn stop being so needy and actually put in work to find something that sells online...

Fuck...here's a freebie that gets me $500 to $1k a month.

>RSim

you're welcome...now go fuck up the market. If I was you I'd be smart and sell it in bulk while you're at it.
