ye it will (not eternity, but until we can set up mining operations in outer space) but its share of the world's wealth stored in it will decrease as bitcoin becomes more mainstream.
granted that share may still be much higher than it is today, noone knows where it shoots up to in this upcoming financial crisis. if fiat collapses here, gold will have tremendous value.

don't want to do that. if electricity does disappear nobody will be able to tell super high quality fake gold from real one. fake gold is the true hedge for post apocalyptic conditions.
if the satelites from space don't get shut down, bitcoin will still be usable, but gold won't be verifiable.
gold is literally never a good option for a financial crisis anymore. it was before advanced material engineering and cryptos.
