I would buy 10,714 shares of NVDY @ $28 avg with no margin.

with margin I would buy 600k worth of NVDY - 21,428 shares

Giving ~$2.50 per share monthly this would yield ~26.7k income monthly using the non- margin method and double the monthly income with margin.

Would use the monthly dividend to cover all expenses and reinvest back into NVDY for higher yield. Hopefully I get there in a few years and hopefully NVDA keeps going up to keep the gravy train moving.
