I've been thinking about how tokenize an assets work, for a simple example like real estate. The smart contact responsible for monetizing it's value would have to do it more than just once. Like gold, real estate price fluctuates. Or tokenizing the mortgage assets where by money flows into the reserve pool on regular payments from the mortgage holder. I mean you could tokenize a banana but that has a shelf life. anyway just spit balling here
