Building a dividend portfolio with a side goal of selling out of the money calls for extra cash.
So far I have
SCHD for which I write calls
SPYI and QQQI for monthly income but no calls.
Thinking of buying AAPL and KO. What are some high cash flow growing revenue businesses to look out for with a 2%+ dividend? No REITs allowed because of shitty taxes.

Anything you suggest I will look up both free cash flows and revenues.
