For the long game, ETH is bleeding out bad. They're moving into fiscal policy as primary development goal and are about to lose decentralization. This matters most because ethereum is an application protocol, not a simple currency.
LTC is just a store of value. Go nuts, but get out (convert to BTC) before consolidation. The market has no need for a "digital silver". It needs a useable denomination and a store of value.
