Could PoS really take ETH to .4 BTC?

It seems so much better from the supply/demand perspective than BTC is.

BTC
>pay miners a few percent of the circulating supply a year to secure the network, causing users to have a continuously decreasing stake in the supply
>they dump on open market

ETH
>pay shareholders in the network enough to cover inflation and then some
>they keep the ETH because they believe in the network

This seems like halving supply shock squared
