Doesn't apply to Nordics. Here in Finland the usual new mortgage is 25 years, but some banks offer 30 or even 45 years as well. Usually the interest and monthly payment get recalculated once a year based on 12 month Euribor. Same lengths apply in Norway and Denmark.

Sweden used to let people take 125 year mortgages but in 2016 they limited it to 105 years.

I'm only buying BTC once the 50 day MA crosses the 200 day MA, yes I know these are lagging indicators but I just want to be sure I'm buying at a nice price, it could go lower and the current macro environment isn't really good for risky assets.

Thoughts?
