Live and learn. On the upside it introduced me to BAS which is pretty cool for automating browser stuff. The .exe/.xml that the other anon is linking to is just a BAS project that you can load up and modify (which I did, and built my own binary). Building my own bots now with what I learned from the experience, averaging around $1k per year.
