So I saw news recently that Coinbase is adding an 'OTC exchange' and I am confused on what the difference is between that and what it already had online...

it says OTC is more focused on a one on one aspect of exchanging assets, Does this simply mean that they opened up an office somewhere specifically to exchange Crypto?

What should I be using to invest? Is Coin Base the best option for beginners? Where should I go to learn more about crypto and dumping money into it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What is up with coinbase? I have 3$ worth of bitcoin there, that I wanted to send to my main wallet, but can't because network fee is 10$. Why it's like that? Now I basically can't get money.
