Same, well, she doesnt clean, but she contracts some trusted guy for cheap to do it, so, whatever. I help sometimes, washing dishes i load the washing machine because she is old etc.

Yeah its good to have at least a house. We do live in our own house.

Buying comfy new tech is nice, i'll buy at least a nice pc after i cash out. I want to buy real state but not for flipping, just to rent.
