Get into a relationship with a girl with a government job. I make the money and she gets us great insurance, down-payment assistance, a pension for life, it's not a bad setup for half of a dual-income household to be a government job. I'm 28, work in tech sales and make about 210k, my fiance and soon to be wife is in Educational admin (former teacher, the school district paid for her masters) and her insurance covers absolutely everything and she'll never be fired.
