Nah the bottom is when the average company has a PE of Under 6 (Mean PE not weighted PE Ratio). That's when the market has priced in that companies have negative growth - right now the mean PE in the S&P 500 is just under 16, so we have around 63.5% left to fall before we hit the bottom.
If you want to be a bit less pessimistic we have about 50% to fall that would put an optimistic bottom at ~1930 and a pessimistic bottom at
~1450.
