Ok while waiting for the next foot bullet session let me bring a few things to the new kids attention.
First off: Glad to have you all here. Hope you learn investing fundamentals.
Alright so the thing you have to know is that trading kicks off at 5pm EDT on sundays. That is when the New Zealand exchange opens. Which will be within half an hour. Every 2 or so hours another market will come on and begin trading. An hour into New Zealand trading, the Chicago Mercantile exchange opens for futures trading, then as the night goes on, other forms of trading come online as well.
Attached is the current countdown clock.
Forex markets run 24 hours a day 5 days a week. They tend to be the baseline of how the money markets are doing, which helps determine the overall strength or weakness of a specified currency.
So, keep in mind that trading starts at 5pm on Sunday and runs almost continuously on one market or another until 9pm Friday.
Ok! Enjoy your trading week!
