I grow and sell "microgreens" for beer money.
I undercut the competition by over half because I'm not trying to pay my rent with it. They seethe and tell me I don't value my time.
I like shooting the shit about the science behind it and really just use it as something that let's me be social and also make $300 a weekend at the farmer's market. My list of social contacts who know people in high places keeps growing because I tell people to fuck off if I don't like them.
It's braindead easy and I also help grow their own because fuck paying $3/oz for literal 2-week old greens.
