Cassiar Gold Corp has a good chunk of the hard rock gold rights out there covering Jade City as well as the previous Erickson Gold mine, but the placer creeks are owned by at least 40 different groups all working with small machine mines. This is also where the famous Turnagain Nugget nugget was discovered. Some nuggets reported from McDame Creek were over 57 ounces as well but none survive to be verified today.
