I bought some PLUG at $7.50, anyone have any thoughts as to where it could end up over the next few weeks?

Chum, you are overestimating the extent to which economies are opening up - workplaces are still largely mandating individuals work from home, particularly in Europe. Look at the anon above RE China where they mandate they commute, the numbers are way down. Social distancing/fear ensures depressed consumer confidence and spending for months to come, which further impacts the flow of good and services that oil supports. Demand is increasing but will remain subdued for some time yet.

With regards to production, you are placing too much faith in the extent of the cuts. I'd encourage you to look at some of the countries involved - largely nefarious/inept, desperate to get on over the other players. You should note that reporting on cuts is usually vague (ie it's not happening), or due to accounting trickery (ie it's not happening). The taps will not be turned off - it's about market share. Plus it physically damages the fucking wells, anon.
