That's the CME Group/JPM desperately clinging to the 33Moz mark in registered. They REFUSE to go below. So the trades are settled OTC via EFRs for what should be leaving the vaults, and they are transferring the rest directly from their eligible positions (part of which is supposed to cover SLV shorts), or simply buying elsewhere to then recategorize it.
As long as they refuse to see the 33 threshold pierced, prices will slowly creep up, there is no way around it. And it have been like this since fucking mid-october, can you believe it lol?

The question i'm interested with is : why 33Moz? After all, it's just an arbitrary number, nothing wrong with going down to let say 25Moz, right?
Unless... unless 33Moz = 0Moz? Maybe the books are cooked to make it looks there is more silver in their vault than there truly is.
