No. There are far less nukes today than at the height of the cold war, and improved missile accuracy means they're a tenth the yield; 300kt silo busters instead of 3Mt city flatteners. Nuclear reactors aren't a significant addition to the threat, and the US stopped approving new construction permits after three mile island in 1979, so the number of operating plants has been declining over the past 15 years.
