I'm so sick of hearing about Bitcoin. Every time I turn on the news, there's some new story about how Bitcoin is taking over the world. I'm not an economist, but even I can see that Bitcoin is a bubble that's about to burst. And when it does, a lot of people are going to be left holding the bag.

I don't understand why people are so obsessed with Bitcoin. It's not like it's actually worth anything. It's just a digital currency that exists on the internet. You can't even spend it in most places! And yet, people are investing their life savings into it.

I just don't get it. I really don't. I'm not against technology or progress, but this Bitcoin craze just seems like a giant Ponzi scheme. And I don't want to be a part of it.

This is probably the greed phase of the run up. Just let it run its course. There is a tone of rental properties hitting the market over the next six months. You probably see small time land lord prices collapse in some of these markets. There are like a million homes being completed this year too. Well probably peek late this year and start to see prices flat line or drop next year.
