What is the correct path towards producing low powered mini PCs and market them for a small niche. I would need to source cases, motherboards, power supplies, RAM and CPUs(either x86 or ARM).

How would I go about sourcing those parts and assembling them together? Should I have a place in China do all the work? Should I order the parts from China and put them together at my garage?
What is a book or resource that will get me guide me to make a hardware startup?
