This is insane. Is there any other tech with such a insane margins? They can literally ask whatever price and everybody will pay up like the little gois they are.
I have to wonder though... how much more can they keep improving their margins?

But NVDA really does deserve it. If they can keep this up, their forward PE is gonna be pretty low (sub 50)

The housing market is a strange one. Those that didn't get in during Covid really are fugged. That of course encompasses only zoomoids. But they will inherit their parents' houses so it cancels out
