I'm waiting until I graduate to open a business. I want to open a bar that serves food. This summer I'm gonna get a job at one and learn as much as I can on someone's dime. Then after careful planning and market consideration I will open a small bar. Food and drink quality will be the main priority. However they must also fit the demographic I'm trying to reach. This will probably be blue collar because of where I live. Anyway I have been reading up on the science of bars and hope to implement some things in my bar. I think a lot of trouble bars have are due to poor management.
