Repost, looking for people's opinions.

So, something has just popped into my mind that I never thought of before. Remember last year when that Texas billionaire went to her bank and blew billions on hoarding silver. For silver to really drain there needs to be more billionaires buying silver like that. However, would the banks allow that liquidity to even happen in the first place? There has never been a situation like that as far as I know, but would the banks crash their ponzi system so no one with a fuck ton of wealth escape the system?
