I have a solid idea for a simple EVM sidechain token w/ an actual use case but I have no idea how I'd go about developing it beyond learning Solidity. Anyone w/ experience in blockchain development have pointers, either techwise or in terms of bringing people in to assist w/ coding without stealing my idea?

Basically an app that does the exact same for starting entrepreneurs, idea validation. You have an app that hosts an idea-sharing mechanism and rating of ideas for which I have a quite well balanced out UI design in mind which I will actually just steal from tinder.
