Gemini has the most institutional backing. It was also only loaning cryptos between 1% - 7%, unlike other exchanges that were loaning shit at 30%+. Gemini keeps ALL of their Gemini Dollars backed by FDIC-insured banks and all Gemini Dollars are backed exclusively by cash or short-term Treasuries in money market funds, unlike other shit like Celsius that backed their stablecoin with other cryptos.

The Constitution requires an amendment be passed, which is why congress had to pass the 18th amendment to prohibit the manufacturing, sale and transportation of alcohol. All laws banning Marijuana, Cocaine, Shrooms, etc. on the Federal level are also unconstitutional and illegal, since they never passed an amendment. The banning of JUUL is also unconstitutional, since it would fall under the same category as alcohol or weed.

But, none of this matters since the United States has been growing more and more fascist since 1865. Our votes mean nothing, our lives mean nothing, only the poor and middle-class are subjugate by laws passed by congress. We live in clown world.
