Hard to say, that's why I say it's largly speculative.
One person would say $5K, another might say $20K.

A lot of the metrics used to judge price of a gem are; type, weight (in carats), color (this can be measured using a spectrometer to find the specific region or name them for example a kashmir sapphire which is found only in a specific part of the world and are more valuable than a standard sapphire due to their unique color), the location they were found, and last any inclusions that would cause unique properties which is the most difficult thing to determine since each case is unique, another determining factor of value is the cut of the gemstone. Some people actually have developed unique cuts that are considered more art than a cut gem. These are easily worth tens of thousands of dollars

I have a rather large uncut sunstone with a pink schiller effect that I found in the desert. I weighed it myself and it weighs at around 213 carats, but the usable material in it would likely be about 50. Pic related, you can't really see it in the low resolution but if you open the image you can see the metalic pink shimmer from copper deposits.

There aren't many people that give hints at price ranges, but pink schiller stones are valued between $14-20 per carat of usable weight AFTER the cut
