I have a top secret clearance and work as a sysadmin pulling in about $100k a year. How do I maximize my earnings? I've heard top secret can net you big fucking paychecks but I am new to the defense industry.

How do I maximize my earning potential with a top secret clearance? I'm in tech, sysadmin, I make $100k at a big 4 defense contractor. Seems this one doesn't have good retention rates, and people often leave. I've heard you can make stupid money with a TS clearance, but I don't really know what my next steps should be. Any advice?

I am 100% dysfunctional by any standard measurements. Likely borderline disabled. I can't even break $100k in IT at 38 years old.
But even I got my pp wet, married and had kids, and still fuck. Wtf is wrong with you people?

I work for a big 4 defense contractor. I invest 10% of my salary into the 401k. Given he current geo political landscape, would I be a fool if I put 100% of my contributions into the company stock?
