They start at 10 dollars, decline to 2, reverse split to 30, decline to 1, reverse split to 10, etc.
They always sit in the same buildings in San Diego or San Francisco and never turn a profit.

It's a slow death. In all this time I have never learned where these companies actually get their money from. Some bank has to give them loans and shit.
